Wairarapa church hits the airwaves

We may not be able to meet together in our buildings, but our St Matthew’s Masterton whānau are taking to the airwaves. From Sunday the 29th of March, Archdeacon Pete Watson and his team will be broadcasting services from the Arrow FM and WaiTV studios in Masterton.

Pete says: “You can listen live on 92.7fm or watch on Freeview Channel 41. Radio will also be streamed from the Arrow FM website and the WaiTV phone app. Myself and others will host an Anglican slot every Sunday at 9am which will include a reading, reflection, prayer, perhaps interviews and liturgy for the house churches.”

This is a fantastic win for Wairarapa Anglicans, particularly as it allows people all over the area, with or without internet access, to tune in.
