Eco Church - Synod Motion

Amy Ross of Eco Church Aotearoa presented the work of Eco Church and its enabling of churches around Aotearoa towards, environmental sustainability.

Anglican Movement is a denominational partner of Eco Church and already has some parish units signed up as Eco Church members. Yay!

Following Amy’s presentation Annette Cater moved that Motion 8 be adopted by Synod. That is, that all mission units are invited to carry out a church audit with Eco Church by Synod 2023.

This motion was enthusiastically endorsed by Synod and carried.
