Good Old-fashioned Fun

It’s good to have fun with our whānau! Here are just two examples that our movement whānau are great at having good old-fashioned fun.

Recently Hataitai-Kilbirnie Parish and Lyall Bay Community Church held a light party, as alternative to Halloween, with 250 people in attendance. The children loved it so much that they want a light party every year! Richard Bell was really great at making candy floss, but the stars of the day were the AYMers on the face painting stand.

St Paul’s Cathedral held a Spring Fling to ‘dance away the cobwebs at their family Ceilidh with live music!’ Young and old did indeed dance the cobwebs away and the event is sure to be repeated.
