Vacancy: Assistant Children’s Worker, Parish of Fendalton, Diocese of Christchurch (Closes 20th July 2018)

The Parish of Fendalton is a large and diverse suburban parish with a clear vision for outreach, service and growth and with an active and very committed laity. The parish vision is ‘following Jesus and extending God’s love’ and we have seen good progress in recent years with our children, youth and young adult ministries flourishing.

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Children’s Worker for 5 hrs/week to take responsibility for the Sunday Children’s Ministry we call ‘Kidzone.’ A further role of Small Group Coordinator may also be considered for a further 5 hrs/week.
