For those seeking to improve and/or formalise their pastoral skills and qualifications, the Wellington group of the New Zealand Association of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) is offering this course for people in the north of our diocese i.e., Manawatu, Rangitikei, Whanganui.
CPE is now the “industry standard” for those seeking employment in pastoral chaplaincy positions within healthcare, education, parishes and the Defence Force.
It is recognized by NZQA and can be credited to other qualifications including degrees via Laidlaw College.
