Fundraising option now available to support former refugees

We’ve got a new option for those who want to support former refugees, but can’t be involved with collecting, delivering and setting up household items each intake.  Our parishes and schools now have the option to run fundraisers (of the most imaginative kind possible!) and donate the proceeds into the diocesan refugee resettlement account.

This money is used each intake to purchase household items to top up the house lots that have been collected, whereby some items may still be required.  Having a backstop of funds available means we can continue to provide a seamless service to those most in need.
