An invitation has been extended to churches in the Wellington region to advertise a community day of reflection for Christian meditators, to be held in Paekakariki on the 24th of March 2018. Here are the details:

Meditation periods following segments of Laurence Freeman’s 2017 talks.
Father Laurence is the Director of the World Community for Christian Meditation. He says, “In meditation, we experience ourselves as ‘one undivided person’ with the Risen Christ, and open ourselves to God’s grace enriching us and expanding us to our fullest humanity.” CDs of his 2017 talks given in Australia will be available.
- Silent times for walking, reading, lunching, beach-gazing
- Shared afternoon tea
- Panel for Q & A
- Final meditation
- Farewells by 2:30 pm
