Changed access to the Anglican Centre

Changed access to the Anglican Centre

If you’re visiting the Anglican Centre in the next month, you need to be aware of changed access arrangements due to closures on Eccleston Hill.  There will be ongoing work to create a spray anchor wall underneath Viard House, part of the Catholic Archdiocese’s campus.  As a result, Eccleston Hill will close to traffic other than residents between 8am and 4pm for approximately one month – IE, December.  It will then be re-opened outside these hours.

To access the Anglican Centre, please use the Catholic Centre driveway, then proceed through the Viard House carpark and out the other side onto the top of Eccleston Hill.  This brings you to the entrance of Bishopscourt, and if you turn right then left, you’ll arrive in the carpark of the Anglican Centre.

There is no change to the steps leading up to the Anglican Centre from behind the Cathedral.
