We are seeking a part time (24 hours per week) Administrator to work across our four Anglican worship centres in Carterton (8 hours), Greytown (8 hours), Martinborough (4 hours) and Featherston (4 hours). This role will be fixed term for 12 months.
If you are an Administrator extraordinaire who has worked in a sole charge office with a love of Jesus and an alignment with our Diocesan family values, this could be the ideal position for you. This is a new role and there will be lots of opportunity to set up new systems and procedures. It will be a busy and diverse role for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment.
Tasks which may form this role include:
- Dealing with a variety of customers
- Administrative support
- Development of newsletters
- Venue bookings
- Creation of new systems
