Our thanks to Wayne Kirkland and Diana Langdon

As Easter is now behind us, we would like to celebrate Wayne Kirkland and Diana Langdon.  These two members of our Diocese are responsible for the writing in the devotionals as it has grown the past few years.  Wayne writes our adult studies and sculpts the theme of the Diocese for the present year in these studies.  Wayne has been in ministry for many years, beginning with Youth For Christ, and then writing on the theology of daily life in multiple books, articles, etc.  He and his wife, Jill, are part of Urban Vision, and serve in St David’s, Naenae.  Diana is the StraNdZ Director for New Zealand, working in growing and strengthening children’s ministry, and lives here in Wellington.  She worships at All Saints, Hataitai.  Diana writes the children and family studies, which we expanded to weekly this year.  She concerts them to support our Diocesan theme and the adult studies, so that the entire family can be on the same spiritual journey through Lent.

Bishop Justin is very grateful for their contribution, which is appreciated not just in our Diocese but across New Zealand.  We hear a steady stream of positive reports of appreciation of the studies and the positive challenge it brings to so many.  Therefore, we celebrate both of you, Diana and Wayne.  Thank you for serving the Diocesan family, for your being in and amongst us as we follow Jesus.
