Kids, Name That Bike Competition Time! — EXTENDED ONE WEEK

Kids, Name That Bike Competition Time! — EXTENDED ONE WEEK

The Anglican Centre have just bought an electric bike to use to get to meetings around town. This is part of our commitment to diversify our vehicle fleet in order to reduce our carbon emissions – part of our Diocese’s wider undertaking to speak into the problem of climate change and be kaitiaki of God’s creation.

We have decided that we need our Diocesan children to give us a name for our new bike! Something funny or funky to liven up our trips around town. Please submit your entries with your name, parish and age by 10 October to rebecca@wn.ang.org.nz  or via our Facebook page. You can enter as many times as you like, but you must be under 16. The winning entry will receive a new bicycle bell from Bells and Whistles.

Please share this competition in your parish newsletters and with your children’s groups – we’re really looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
