No doubt, if even for only a moment we’ve said “well in hindsight I may have …” This three day retreat offers an opportunity to consciously reflect how we wish to live some of the ‘final third’ of our lives. Yes, at each moment we live at the door of death and we may have many more years ahead too.
So how do we want to live these days as we transition from vocational, career or domestic stages to embody the call of the spirit that is at the heart of our human journey? How can we openly embrace and experience even greater intimacy rather than fear a loneliness of the days and nights ahead?
Working with poetry, images, our imaginations, breath, intuitions and an expanded understanding and deepening of prayer, we will explore what it is to be sage-like, what it is to strengthen our sense of place, our sense of peace, our sense of inner meaning so we may soften to the inevitable changes that are to come …
